An update on Vince McMahon reveals that the former chairman was notably absent backstage at this year’s WWE WrestleMania 40 event.

This marks the first instance in the event’s history where McMahon was not present. His trainer, Michael Monteforte, took to Instagram to share the following message:

“Vince McMahon was unable to attend his first WrestleMania. How quickly people forget, that without his vision, there would be no Wrestling or WrestleMania. Sadly, when a person is down, the people who they say love you, turn their backs on you.”

Monteforte further emphasizes:

“Don’t judge a Man, without getting all the facts. Things aren’t always as they appear.”

Currently, McMahon is under federal investigation following the public revelation of the Janel Grant Lawsuit. While he stepped down from TKO earlier in the year, McMahon continues to maintain a significant ownership stake in the company.

How do you think Vince McMahon’s absence at WrestleMania XL reflects on the current state of WWE and its leadership? How might his absence impact the future direction and decisions of the company, especially considering the ongoing federal investigation and legal challenges? Let us know in the comments below.
