CM Punk Admits to Sporting Cody Rhodes’ Attire in His WWE Return Match

While wrestling has never been so cool in the months from now, the biggest success story of WWE started with CM Punk’s return to WWE. The Best in the World has been loved by the WWE Universe who have been heartbroken to see him miss being in action at the Grandest Stage of them All.

CM Punk made WWE return at Survivor Series 2023 and his first televised match featuring him in action was the Men’s Royal Rumble match this year where he got injured.

During a recent appearance on the WWE World recently, CM Punk revealed that had borrowed Cody Rhodes’ wrestling gear to mark his first match against Dominik Mysterio at a live event. In addition to that, the Best in the World also stated that he was stressed about his gear in WWE upon return first. However, things turned around smooth like it always has. 

“I was stressing because when I was told, ‘We’re going to continue to work on this. Just start driving to the building.’ I was like, ‘Well, okay. I remember looking at my wife and I go,’ What do I wear?’ It’s not something that should stress me out. It’s something like that and absolutely sent me over the edge because I was like, I honestly don’t know what to wear. I can’t wear a bad shirt. Obviously. You guys should be thanking me for that. So yeah, just pick the plainest white t-shirt.”
