WWE is gearing up for the presentation of one of the biggest live events in the history of the company, WrestleMania 40 taking place in less than a week in Philidelphia. But the global juggernaut already has its eye on the future, which one of its stars had almost spoiled.

The company recently announced that one of their previously successful PLEs, WWE Clash at the Castle is scheduled to make its return on June 15th, 2024 on last night’s Monday Night RAW. In a follow-up to the same, WWE UK’s official account disclosed that Clash at The Castle will unfold at the renowned OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. Additionally, it was disclosed that Friday Night SmackDown will precede the event, also set to take place in Glasgow on June 14th.

However, before WWE made an official announcement, SmackDown superstar Alba Fyre inadvertently leaked information about the upcoming show by sharing a graphic on her X which she deleted shortly after. Alba then shared WWE’s official announcement, while also addressing her accidental leak in subsequent tweet on X.

“Buzzing about this completely brand new information I just learned 🙃.”

On the other hand, the announcement sparked excitement among wrestling enthusiasts, with the inaugural Clash at the Castle held on September 3, 2022, at the prestigious Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales, setting a high bar for subsequent events.

With the venue confirmed and the dates set, fans eagerly await further details from WWE regarding the lineup and potential surprises in store for this groundbreaking Premium Live Event in Scotland.
