Rhea Ripley’s status as one of the premier female WWE Superstars is unquestionable, as her popularity continues to soar with each passing week. Renowned for her prowess inside the ring, she also possesses a knack for giving fans exactly what they want. However, a recent viral stinkface spot performed by Ripley has garnered attention, leading to suggestions that she should utilize the move more sparingly in the future.

During a WWE live event in Springfield, Illinois last week, Rhea Ripley faced off against Nia Jax in a singles match that sparked nostalgia among fans. In a playful tribute to Bloodline member Rikishi, Ripley incorporated one of his signature moves into the bout. To the audience’s delight, Ripley delivered stinkface to Nia Jax, adding cheeky touch to the match.

While speaking on the latest episode of Sportskeeda’s The Wrestling Outlaws, EC3 shared his thoughts on whether Rhea Ripley should incorporate the Stinkface into her moveset. EC3 suggested that the move should be reserved for special occasions, emphasizing the importance of psychology in wrestling.

EC3 questioned whether the Stinkface contributes to victory or sets up the opponent for a finish, highlighting the need for strategic use. While acknowledging Ripley’s impressive physique and dedication to training, EC3 emphasized the need for discretion in employing such a move, likening it to a “special-occasion kind of thing” rather than a regular occurrence in matches.

“I mean, in the grand scheme of things, does that move result in victory? Does that set up the opponent for the finish? It’s psychology. Is she [Rhea Ripley] working the right body parts? Is the face her target of her offense? Give her credit; she trains hard. She has a great gluteus maximus and gluteus medius. I think that seems like a special-occasion kind of thing, whereas you don’t want to, dare I say, blow your load and do it every night.”

Becky Lynch wasn’t fan of the spot whatsoever. Even Shayna Baszler begged Rhea Ripley to give her stinkface during a recent WWE live event. Nevertheless, the spot ended up becoming a hit among fans and that’s all that matters to Rhea Ripley.
