WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash opened up about his ongoing health challenges during the latest episode of the “Kliq This” podcast. Nash, known for his towering presence in the wrestling world, discussed the state of his neck, which he described as significantly impaired.

“My neck is so f**ked up, I don’t even want to move it around or I’ll end up going into a spasm. The stem cells have helped so thank you Bioxcellerator. Stem cells always [provide] some relief,” Nash shared.

Concerned about the well-being of fellow wrestler Braun Strowman, who recently underwent neck fusion surgery, Nash expressed his own need for intervention to alleviate nerve pressure. He expressed a preference for a minimally invasive solution, such as disc replacement, to address the extensive damage across multiple levels of his neck.

“I’d rather it be a disc replacement. I’d rather it be as minimal as possible. I probably got 4, if not 5 levels that are f**ked,” Nash remarked.

He recently celebrated a significant milestone, announcing that he has been sober for five weeks. Additionally, Nash shared his positive experiences with incorporating a colostrum supplement into his routine, noting its beneficial effects on his skin, hair, and gut health.

As Nash continues his journey towards better health and sobriety, the wrestling community rallies behind him, offering their support and best wishes for his ongoing recovery.
