Paul Heyman has intriguing insights regarding the ongoing saga of The Bloodline, hinting at the possibility extending the current Bloodline storyline even further.

Following Roman Reigns’ triumphant retention of the Undisputed Universal Championship against Cody Rhodes at WrestleMania 39, Heyman shared a perspective on the story’s progression, likening it to a baseball game, stating that it was only in the third inning.

When pressed for updates on the storyline’s current status in subsequent interviews, Heyman has remained enigmatic. During recent appearance on The Rich Eisen Show, instead of specifying the inning, Heyman hinted at the potential for numerous extra innings, particularly citing the involvement of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

“Every time I talk about innings, it gets shoved up my tuchus. Also, I’ve kind of gotten away from baseball analogies because I’ve learned in my experience that baseball is fake. Whatever inning that we’re in, we’re dominating that inning and it’s a game that I would suggest may go into many extra innings as well and some of that we have to give credit to the final boss, Dwayne The Rock Johnson, for adding a whole new set of layers and therefore innings to the story of The Bloodline.”

With Roman Reigns preparing to defend his title once more against Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 40’s night two, the anticipation for the unfolding drama only intensifies. Heyman’s recent appointment as director and executive producer of an upcoming episode of ‘WWE: Legends’ further adds to the intrigue surrounding The Bloodline’s narrative.

As the story of The Bloodline continues to captivate audiences, one can’t help but wonder: how many extra innings await in this gripping saga, and what unforeseen twists and turns lie ahead?
