WWE SmackDown star Asuka has recently suffered a knee injury, adding her to the list of wrestlers facing physical challenges. She was absent from a previous week’s WWE live event, but it appears she did compete during this week’s live event, bringing relief to fans.

Fans became concerned when Asuka was noticeably absent from WWE’s house shows over the weekend, especially after observing her limping during the conclusion of SmackDown. Asuka, who had been a regular participant in WWE’s live event circuits, last competed on March 10th. However, she has since been removed from WWE live events following the injury scare.

It was reported that Asuka suffered knee injury and it was not known how severe the injury was. However, according to Cagematch, during the WWE live event in Springfield Illinois, Asuka competed alongside IYO SKY and Kairi Sane, as they took on Becky Lynch, Bianca Belair & Naomi.

Lynch’s team would ultimately prevail in the match, but fans were glad that Asuka competed again. It is certainly a relief that Asuka didn’t seem to suffer any serious injury and will now be able to compete at WrestleMania 40, as there were concerns she would have to miss out on The Show of Shows.
