The Rock’s current heel persona expertly merges his Hollywood charm with the attitude he showcased in the late 90s. He was utterly blasted by Cody Rhodes on RAW this week and he has now reacted to a fan who claimed Rhodes ‘cooked’ him on the show.

As seen on this week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, The American Nightmare had lot to express following The Rock’s verbal onslaught, especially towards his family, during The Rock’s popular ‘Rock Concert’ segment last week on SmackDown.

Acknowledging Roman Reigns as a great champion, Cody Rhodes turned his attention to The Rock, refuting his claim of being a heel. Rhodes took a jab at The Rock’s influence at the TKO Board, mentioning the ‘We Want Cody’ movement. He then addressed The Rock’s remarks about his mother, asserting his respect for The Great One’s mother and highlighting his own mother’s strength.

Rhodes also called the veteran “an a******” with “little d*** syndrome.” A fan later echoed similar sentiments while responding to The Rock’s latest tweet. The former WWE Champion noticed the tweet and delivered a stinging retort.

”He sure did. Stfu u goof”

The People’s Champion has been delivering profanity-laced social media promos with abandon since turning heel. Recently, he escalated things with Rhodes by targeting his mother. He vowed to beat Cody with his weight belt at WrestleMania 40 and then hand it over to her.

At the event, The Brahma Bull will team up with Roman Reigns in a tag team match against Cody and Seth Rollins on Night 1. The outcome of this match will dictate if the Night 2 main event follows Bloodline rules. After such an intense promo, it is certain that The Rock won’t take it lying down, so we’ll have to see what he will have to say to Cody Rhodes again.
