Bayley Vows to Obliterate Damage CTRL in Fiery Message After 3/15 WWE SmackDown

During her reign as the leader of the faction Damage CTRL, Bayley accumulated numerous enemies. Now, she finds herself standing alone to confront the threat posed by her former teammates. A glimpse of what’s to come was revealed on tonight’s edition of SmackDown. After the events of the show, Bayley vowed to dismantle Damage CTRL for good.

Led by Bayley, Damage CTRL made their debut at WWE SummerSlam 2022. However, the group’s allegiance shifted when they turned on Bayley shortly after her victory in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble. Bayley selected WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY as her opponent for WrestleMania 40.

During Bayley’s match against Dakota Kai on the March 15 episode of WWE SmackDown, IYO SKY launched vicious attack on Bayley. To further compound the assault, Damage CTRL joined forces to overwhelm Bayley and Naomi as the show drew to a close.

In a post on WWE’s Instagram, Bayley sent Damage CTRL a message following this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. Bayley reminded everyone that Damage CTRL wouldn’t exist without her, and she vowed to obliterate the faction one by one as we approach WrestleMania 40.

“If you’re gonna film me, why don’t we send a little something to Damage CTRL. If they think they can call themselves Damage CTRL without the person that brought them into this building, without the person that brought them into the WWE, they wouldn’t be here without Bayley. Let me remind them, I don’t care if the fans cheer for me, if they’re booing me, who likes me, who hates me, because the facts are the facts, and this is the truth, that Dakota would not be standing here if it wasn’t for me. IYO SKY would not be standing here as the WWE Women’s Champion if it wasn’t for me. I promise I keep my word when I say that I’m gonna take out Damage CTRL one by one. That’s exactly what I’m gonna do till I get to WrestleMania and I take that title from you, IYO.”

We will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book Bayley and Damage CTRL’s feud in the coming weeks, as we slowly approach WrestleMania 40 next month.
