Austin Theory has a bright future in WWE, but things haven’t exactly worked out well for him as of late. This week was no different as he somewhat botched before taking an RKO from Randy Orton. Theory has now addressed the botch after Friday Night SmackDown.

During SmackDown this week, a particular moment sparked controversy online when Austin Theory received a stunner from Kevin Owens followed by an RKO from Randy Orton in quick succession. However, the incident stirred a debate as Theory’s timing seemed slightly off, making his leap into the RKO appear somewhat awkward.

In a video posted on Twitter, Austin Theory addressed his execution of the Kevin Owens stunner into Randy Orton’s RKO. He explained that he attempted to jump over Randy Orton’s RKO, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned.

What do you mean what happened? I mean, the Stunner, I was dizzy, but then the RKO… I keep getting hit with these RKOs, so what did I think? Maybe I was a little dizzy, but, I thought I could just jump over it after the Stunner, but that didn’t work out.”
