The Rock made a massive challenge to his heated foes, Seth Rollins and Cody Rhodes last week on SmackDown and he got the answer many had anticipated for weeks the duo would give.

The Great One issued a counteroffer in response to Cody’s challenge at Elimination Chamber PLE, which would see him teaming up with his cousin, Roman Reigns to battle Rhodes and his bitter rival-turned-friend, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins on WrestleMania Night 1.

On tonight’s edition of SmackDown, the four magnanimous WWE superstars finally came face-to-face for the first time since the WrestleMania 40 kick-off press event in Las Vegas after weeks of back-and-forth verbal assaults on WWE programming and social media.

The sight was mesmerizing to witness all of them in the same ring at the same time after Cody and Seth made their way to the ring through the WWE Universe as Rock and Roman awaited their arrival in the ring.

Cody wasted no time in cutting right to the chase before The Rock interrupted him. He reminiscent of the stipulations that came with accepting the challenge. Seth Rollins cut The Rock stating that his prime has passed him and he cannot lay claim to their time, before accepting the match for WrestleMania Night 1.

The People’s Champion reminded the duo of his authority and fired massive personal shots at Cody about his family calling him a mistake. Rhodes had heard enough and much like The Rock did, he slapped the biggest star on the planet right across the face as SmackDown went off the air.
