Andrade El Idolo came back to WWE in hopes of reaching greater heights of success that he did not during his first tenure with the global juggernaut.

However, it seems that he is off to a brilliant start after his first successful showing on RAW since his return. The Mexican star was slated for his debut match at tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW.

El Idolo was in action against the former WWE Intercontinental champion Apollo Crews. Both men went back and forth in a highly exhilarating match, throwing everything they had in their arsenals at each other.

The closing moments of the bout saw Andrade El Idolo plant Apollo Crews to the mat and pin his shoulders for the three count, picking up the momentum right where he left off in WWE a few years ago.
