Former ROH World Champion Rush signed a contract with AEW following a few appearances in 2022 and he has proven to be a solid get for the promotion. Rush is now ready to make his in-ring return after suffering a hamstring injury and dealing with visa issues.

Last year, ‘El Toro Blanco’ earned six points in the Gold League of the AEW Continental Classic by defeating Mark Briscoe and Jay Lethal. However, he experienced defeats against Jay White, Jon Moxley, and Swerve Strickland.

The tournament had its toll on the wrestlers, with Rush pushing himself to the limits despite battling torn hamstring. Due to this injury, he had to take time off from AEW television.

Fellow AEW superstar and La Faccion Ingobernable member Dralistico recently disclosed that he and Rush were in the process of obtaining their visas. His comments sparked speculation that visa issues might be the reason for his absence from AEW programming.

Rush took to Twitter and stated that he now has a proper work visa and is fully healed from his injury, therefore he is ready to get back into the thick of things and cause havoc in AEW once again.

”I have my WORK visa with #AEW”

”I am injury free and cleared to wrestle.”

I” am ready for everyone to see a REAL LUCHADOR, EL TORO BLANCO RUSH

Rush also plans on adding more members to his faction this year. As ‘El Toro Blanco’ Rush gears up for his highly anticipated return to the AEW ring, fans are buzzing with anticipation.

Despite wrestling through the AEW Continental Classic with a torn hamstring, Rush demonstrated remarkable resilience and determination. Now, as he declares his readiness for action, the wrestling world eagerly awaits to see how AEW will incorporate the former ROH World Champion into their ongoing storyline.
