Becky Lynch Chooses The Rock Over ‘We Want Cody Takeover’ Movement in Shocking Twist

Becky Lynch has earned a huge opportunity on the road to WrestleMania 40 following the events of WWE Elimination Chamber PLE. But Becky’s road could just become turbulent with her recent actions that could turn a big set of audience against her.

In video session with Sony Sports Network, The Man underwent a series of ‘This or That’ questions. When it came down to siding with the ‘We Want Rocky’ or ‘We Want Cody’ movement, Becky chose to side with The People’s Champion.

As it has been very much evident, fans erupted in a major backlash after WWE decided to sideline Cody Rhodes in favor of slating the mega showdown between The Rock and his cousin, Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40, to the point of booing The Great One and bringing out his long-lost heel persona.

The magnanimous support for The American Nightmare forced WWE’s hands to revise their initial plans for the Shows of Shows and give Cody Rhodes his much-deserved main event opportunity against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Title at WrestleMania 40.

With The Man choosing to be a part of the small section of ‘We Want Rocky’ fans, it could be a decision she may regret and could possibly turn the fans against her in favor of her own highly popular opponent at Mania, the WWE Women’s World champion Rhea Ripley.
