Elimination Chamber is around the corner and Monday Night Raw has just heightened the excitement for the premium live event. With a lot of action throughout the go-home episode of the red brand, the WWE Universe enjoyed the regular surprises and intense spots on every show.

While millions around the world witnessed the show, two prominent names were present backstage to enjoy the ride. As per an update from PWInsider, WWE Executive Bruce Prichard was spotted in the Gorilla Position, coming out of his triceps surgery. Another name who came out of a triceps surgery was CM Punk, who was also spotted backstage in Anaheim.

Bruce Prichard suffered severe shoulder injury forcing him to wear braces a few months ago. However, while wearing the brace, Prichard fell, causing a tricep injury. While many believed he was absent backstage to stay aways from the allegations put on Vince McMahon, his injury was the reason he missed shows.

CM Punk, on the other hand, went the distance in the Men’s Royal Rumble match before being eliminated by Cody Rhodes in an interesting battle. However, little to anyone’s knowledge, a manoeuvre from Drew McIntyre took a lot out of the Best in the World.

Hours after the Royal Rumble premium live event, CM Punk kicked off Monday Night Raw to announce his triceps injury, making him miss this year’s WrestleMania, shattering millions of dreams.

However, Drew McIntyre has taken out nothing but joy out of this. Calling himself the killer of Punk’s WrestleMania dreams, the Scottish Warrior has been taking a dig at the latter every week. Once the Best in the World makes a return, a feud with Drew McIntyre might be the beginning of his comeback.

With both men keeping a good eye over the programming while in rehab, their returns might have a lot of anticipation. Stay connected to Ringside News to get the latest updates on WWE.
