Ever since CM Punk made his return to WWE, a lot of people have been vocal about it. While the reception has been largely positive, there are a couple of WWE Superstars who aren’t glad to see the Straight Edge Superstar back in the company.

One of those people has been former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre who has even accused Punk of not supporting him early on in his career. Hence, when Punk announced his injury, McIntyre was the first person to express his delight at the Second City Saint’s plight.

On the 2/2 episode of WWE SmackDown, Drew McIntyre competed in a dark match against Sami Zayn. During his entrance, Drew mocks Punk by doing his infamous “clobbering time” motion.

The Scottish Psychopath then took to social media to inform fans that he was going to rename his signature move, the future shock DDT, in Punk’s honor and asked his fans to give him some ideas.

Fans had a fun time with this one as many responded with some creative names. One fan suggested they rename it to “Broken Dreams” while another fan suggested “culture shock”.

Drew is milking his rivalry with Punk for as long as he can. However, we’ll have to wait and see if he is serious about renaming his signature in honor of the former AEW star.
