WWE is always looking ahead to produce the best content for their fans whenever possible, especially when it comes to their Premium Live Events. WrestleMania 40 is also on the horizon and now they have changed the start time for the event.

WrestleMania 40 will take over Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field on Saturday, April 6th, and Sunday, April 7th, 2024. The Showcase of the Immortals will undoubtedly bring a loaded two-night event to Philly.

WrestleVotes took to Twitter and reported that WWE has decided to shift the start time of WrestleMania 40 up by an hour. The main card will now commence at 7 pm EST, with a presumed kickoff show starting at 5 pm EST. This adjustment applies to both nights of WrestleMania.

“Source states WWE has made the decision to change the WrestleMania start time. The main card will now begin at 7pm EST, presumably with a kickoff show starting at 5pm EST. This will be for both nights of WrestleMania.”

The show will be headlined by Cody Rhodes vs Roman Reigns for the second year in a row, as fans simply want Rhodes to finally finish his story and become the WWE Undisputed Universal Champion.

We will have to see how many fans travel to Philadelphia for WrestleMania 40. Due to the insanely loaded events for pro wrestling around that week, many fans will likely make it for the event.
