It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of Otis’s mother’s passing. Parents hold a special place in our lives, and their influence during our formative years is immeasurable. Otis took to his Instagram today to announce this sad news and pay tribute to his beloved mother.

On his Instagram, Otis posted several cherished photos of himself with his mother over the years, including moments from his childhood. In his heartfelt message, he expressed gratitude for his mother’s role in his life. He thanked her for introducing him to the world of John Candy movies, for rocking out to the music of Tom Petty and The Heartbreakers and Stevie Nicks together, and for sharing moments watching horror classics with his sister, KARI.

Otis also acknowledged that his pursuit of his dream as a wrestler may have seemed unusual to his mother but expressed that it was something he had to do. He signed off by declaring that he is her son and promised to meet her again in heaven. He even mentioned reuniting with his great-grandmother, Kattle Kate Pallas, in the ring up in heaven.
