Cody Rhodes Loses Tooth During 2024 WWE Royal Rumble Match

The highly anticipated ‘finish the story’ journey of Cody Rhodes has clinched its first big victory, with the American Nightmare winning the 2024 Royal Rumble match. However, it came with a little expense of a tooth-breaking incident.

Cody Rhodes entered the 30-man over-the-top-rope battle royal, in hopes of claiming his second consecutive rumble victory. The bout came down to him and another favorite, CM Punk who fought tooth-and-nail with each other. But in the end, it was Rhodes who tossed The Best in the World out of the ring to win the match.

However, before the Prodigal Son tasted his second Rumble win, a certain spot in the match saw Cody Rhodes being hit in the mouth hard and losing his tooth in the process.

With his win, The American Nightmare has punched his ticket for a main event World title match at WrestleMania 40. Moreover, has made his intentions clear regarding the champion he wants to face at The Show of Shows.

Cody pointed towards the Undisputed WWE Universal champion Roman Reigns following his win, who was sitting in the viewing box of the arena. Therefore, he has hinted at the highly anticipated rematch from last year’s WrestleMania that could be the culmination of his story.
