Christian Cage has remained one of the biggest heels in AEW for several months now and Copeland teased a confrontation with him again on Dynamite this week. However, it appears AEW recycled one of Cage’s shots during the episode.

During the January 24th, 2024 episode of AEW Dynamite, Adam Copeland squared off against Minoru Suzuki in the main event, in what was certainly a clash of styles between two veterans.

While the match was going on, AEW cut to a shot of Christian Cage observing Adam Copeland during his match, complete with his signature scowl to boot.

A fan took to Twitter and pointed out that AEW ended up recycling Christian Cage’s shot from AEW Collision last year before the All Out pay-per-view, for this week’s Dynamite.

Adam Copeland would then call out Christian Cage, making it clear he was not done with the TNT Champion by a long shot. Nonetheless, fans were surprised AEW would even try to recycle Cage’s shot in the first place.
