Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin Advance to Finals of Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament

It’s been a few weeks since Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker decided to form a team to participate in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament. This was a unique pairing considering both men don’t play well with others.

However, Bron and Corbin have proven to a force to be reckoned with as they advanced through the tournament. Tonight on NXT, they were set to face Axiom and Nathan Frazer. Although the smaller team, Axiom and brought the fight to Bron and Corbin.

Right from the start, they caught them off guard and had them reeling at the beginning of the match. It took Corbin and Breakker a while recover themselves from the surprise onslaught. Nathan Frazer even came close to pinning Breakker after he hit the 450 splash. However, it was Breakker who quickly recovered and hit him with the spear to pick up the win for his team.

With this win, Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin advance to the finals of the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic where they will face the winners the next semi-finals which could be either Carmelo Hayes & Trick Williams or LWO at Vengeance Day.
