According to Wrestlenomics, the January 17th episode of AEW Dynamite brought an audience of 891,000, with a .33 in the 18 to 49 demographic. This number was up from the previous week’s Homecoming episode from Daily’s Place.

This week’s episode of AEW Dynamite included a backstage segment with the Young Bucks, where they went into their new heel characters. The company also put on Top Flight vs. Private Party and Anna Jay vs. Deonna Purrazo.

This was quite a night for interviews as well, because Swerve Strickland spoke as well as Hangman Page. Both of those men want Samoa Joe’s AEW World Title. Of course, the main event match saw Joe defend his title against Hook.
