Teddy Hart appeared in court on January 11th, following his arrest on July 15th, 2023, on charges of possession of MDMA (ecstasy) and possession of controlled substance without a prescription. These charges are considered a third-degree felony in Florida.

Additionally, he received a citation for failing to stop at a steady red light, which led to his initial arrest. This incident marked another encounter with the law for Teddy Hart, who has had previous run-ins with the police.

During his court appearance in Titusville, Florida, last Thursday, the proceedings were categorized as mandatory appearance for “Early Resolution.”

However, Ringside News has learned that Teddy Hart’s defense requested and was granted a continuance during the hearing. As a result, the hearing has been rescheduled for February 8, with the court emphasizing that it will be the final opportunity for the defense to request a continuance.
