There is a lot of pro wrestling going on nowadays, and it appears that opens up some doors for people to appear for more than one televised company in a single week. That is what happened for one lucky indie wrestler recently, as they had two great opportunities come up in a row.

WWE will sometimes hire extras for television angles. This gives some indie talent a great opportunity. Jack Cartwheel took full advantage of that this week.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that Jack Cartwheel appeared as a medic on WWE Raw this week, after working this past weekend’s ROH tapings in Charlotte for AEW.

On November 17th, 1997, Rick Rude made history by appearing on both Monday Night Raw and Monday Nitro on the same evening. This was during the Monday Night Wars, when both wrestling promotions were in fierce competition for television ratings.

Few have tried to replicate Rick Rude’s feat, and some have been able to do similar things for AEW and WWE over the years. It seems that Jack Cartwheel was able to do something similar this week with WWE RAW and Tony Khan’s ROH.

What’s your take on WWE and AEW’s ongoing rivalry? Should they do something to stop this kind of dual appearance thing from happening? Let us know what you think in the comments section! Let us know what you think in the comments section!
