Grayson Waller Unveils Objective for WrestleMania 40

Grayson Waller is unquestionably one of the premier heels in WWE currently, showcasing a natural aptitude for portraying such a character within the company. Being a big star already, it comes as no surprise that he has major goals for WrestleMania 40 as well.

The Australian star established himself as a standout talent in NXT and has transitioned into a regular highlight on Friday Night SmackDown. Known for consistently aligning his words with actions, he has embraced a character that finds joy in insulting anything and everything.

The loudmouth WWE Superstar is currently feuding with Kevin Owens and for the past year or so, has managed to rise through the ranks and become someone undeniable to the WWE Universe.

While speaking with The Collection, Grayson Waller made it clear that his main objective this year is to be on the WrestleMania 40 card, which takes precedence over his choice of opponent there.

“I think the roster in WWE right now is stacked, like from top to bottom it’s kind of crazy. When you look at the SmackDown roster, which I’m a part of, you’ve got Roman Reigns, who’s the champion and sometimes he’s not even there, but those shows are still stacked. So, for me, personally, it’s not about a person for WrestleMania 40, it’s more about being on that card.“

“I got to attend last year with NXT, we were up in the box and watching it, and I told myself — I was sitting with Carmelo Hayes, at the time we were kind of a little bit closer friends, and I said to him, ‘This is us next year.’ And we both had that same vibe. So for me, personally, it’s all about getting on WrestleMania and being on that card I don’t care who’s across from me type of thing.“

Waller also wants to test himself against CM Punk in promo battle somewhere down the line. It remains to be seen what the company has in store for the Australian star as we are officially on the road to WrestleMania 40.
