Cody Rhodes’ return to WWE was a shocking moment, and fans are still just as excited to see him every time he makes his entrance. They are also buying up a ton of his merchandise, as The American Nightmare continues cashing in on those royalty checks.

Wrestlenomics reports that during the period from December 1st to December 31st, 2023, WWEShop’s apparel category featured various wrestling merchandise, but 10 of them made the top list, and The American Nightmare sold a ton of merchandise for the Holiday season.

Cody Rhodes held the first position with zero items in the top 10 daily and a reverse rank value of 6,175. CM Punk secured the second spot, boasting 109 items in the top 10 daily and a reverse rank value of 5,678. Jey Uso followed in third place with 77 items in the top 10 daily and a reverse rank value of 5,158. That Yeet controversy likely helped boost that number.

Randy Orton took the fifth spot with 52 items in the top 10 daily and a reverse rank value of 3,891. We will have to see if The Rock’s merchandise shoots to the top of this list. After all, Dwayne Johnson could have moved a ton of t-shirts since his unexpected return.

Cody Rhodes is obviously making a ton of money. That new, amazing bus he just bought to travel around in didn’t come from his WWE contract extension. That means WWE is taking care of Rhodes in a big way.
