WWE is closing out 2023 in style, with big revenue, and a few Superstar contracts locked in. Now, we know that Zelina Vega isn’t going anywhere.

PW Insider reports that Zelina Vega has reached an agreement with WWE and inked a new multi-year deal with the company. This was reportedly confirmed by multiple WWE sources. It was said that this re-signing went down following Endeavor’s takeover of WWE.

Zelina Vega first signed with WWE NXT deal in 2017, and she has been a consistent presence with the company. There was an eight-month period from late 2020 through the summer of 2021, where she was released. Throughout her tenure, she transitioned from working as a manager for Andrade to an in-ring performer.

As a member of the LWO, Zelina Vega had a noteworthy match against Rhea Ripley at Backlash in Puerto Rico earlier this year. That gave her a big moment, and although she didn’t win, everyone got into that emotional setting.

In recent memory, Zelina Vega has been gaining attention for her acting skills in the angle involving Santos Escobar’s betrayal of Rey Mysterio. WWE officials took notice of her going above and beyond with her on-screen presence, making everything she can with the time she is give.

This new deal locks Zelina Vega into a deal with the company. It’s anyone’s guess how much more she has to accomplish in WWE, but she has years to do it.
