AEW’s Current Interest In Bringing In Umaga’s Son Zilla Fatu

AEW has roster full of hungry young stars, but Tony Khan can’t sign everyone. It appears that one exciting name present backstage this week wasn’t around for a signing situation.

Zilla Fatu is Umaga’s son, and he has a lot of potential in the pro wrestling business if he pursues that passion. He was also backstage at AEW this week for Dynamite, but it doesn’t seem like Tony Khan is going to sign him.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that, although he was spotted backstage, AEW is not going to sign Zilla Fatu. There are no plans at this time to bring him in at least.

Zilla Fatu was backstage at AEW this week. We have not heard of any plans to bring him in.

AEW has a few notable young stars, but it doesn’t sound like they are going to bring in Zilla Fatu. He may be a great get, but odds are there are a lot of eye on him right now with his lineage.

We will have to see if Zilla Fatu ends up in WWE eventually. Only time will tell what his path in the pro wrestling business has to offer by the time everything is said and done.
