Ken Shamrock is one of the first names that comes to mind who transitioned from the MMA world to the world of professional wrestling. He saw a decent level of success in pro wrestling as well. This is especially true for his time in WWE and now the legend has gotten some support for a WWE Hall of Fame induction.

The World’s Most Dangerous Man made his way to WWE back in 1997 and remained with the company for the next two years. He saw a decent amount of success during that time as well, transitioning his success from the Octagon.

He saw a decent amount of success in WWE, winning the Intercontinental and Tag Team Titles. In addition to that, he even won the King of the Ring in 1998, so his legacy in WWE is one worth talking about.

Despite his accomplishments, he still isn’t part of the WWE Hall of Fame. While speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T advocated for The World’s Most Dangerous Man to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, explaining why Shamrock deserves it.

That’s great Ken Shamrock got a legend deal because he is truly one of the WWE legends. He brought something to WWE from the mixed martial arts world, and it was real. And Ken did a damn good job while he was a part of WWE. And for him to be on the video games and all of that stuff, it’s cool. Put his name in for the Hall of Fame. Put his name in.

He’s always been a big WWE fan. You’ve never heard him say anything stupid about the company other than, ‘Man, why am I not getting in? Why am I not getting a piece of the action?’ I appreciate whoever gave Ken Shamrock the nod to get in deserves it. He deserves it. Some people deserve it. Some people deserve it, and some people never deserve to get in.”

As previously reported, Ken Shamrock likely signed a deal with WWE as the company dropped new merchandise for him recently. Regardless, only time will tell whether Shamrock will get his long-awaited WWE Hall of Fame induction, as many feel he deserves it.
