WWE produces live television each week, so you never know what can happen. During WWE NXT this week, Eddie Thorpe and Dijak’s match took a turn for the worst.

Ringside News provided complete coverage for the December 12th episode of NXT. It was quite a show as they brought the fallout after Deadline.

Dijak and Thorpe destroyed each other from the jump this week during their match. Dijak actually jumped Thorpe during his entrance.

The two fought around the ring for a bit, and then they went inside. This is when things went wrong. During a whip into the turnbuckle, Dijak was cut open on the side of his head, and the entire turnbuckle broke.

This was likely not part of the plan, and they had Dijak hit Thorpe with a piece of the broken turnbuckle to cause a DQ. Dijak was bleeding from the side of his head, and it looked very painful. In the end, they didn’t really settle anything between the two, but it was quite a show.
