Dragon Lee Struggles to Describe Feelings After Title Win at NXT Deadline

Dragon Lee is definitely one of the most talented pro wrestlers in the business right now. Lee signed with WWE last year and the company had big plans for him, which was evident as he won the NXT North American Title at NXT Deadline. Now, Lee has reflected on his huge win after the show.

The NXT Deadline Premium Live Event featured many solid matches from top to bottom and this included Dominik Mysterio defending his NXT North American Championship against Dragon Lee. Despite Mysterio’s advantage in the beginning, Lee would ultimately come out on top and became the new champion.

While speaking in a WWE digital exclusive interview, Dragon Lee talked about his huge victory and was asked how he felt. Lee admitted he didn’t know the exact words to describe how he truly felt.

”How I feel? I feel happy. You know, I can’t find the exact words to explain to you how I feel. Just that I’m ready for the next challenge.

Only time will tell whether Dragon Lee will get a proper run as the NXT North American Champion, as fans are certainly happy to see him win a title for the first time in his WWE career.
