Chris Jericho is truly a veteran in the pro wrestling industry, whose career has spanned more than 30 years. He spent the majority of those years in WWE, where Jericho became a household name. He will always be grateful for his time in WWE but a fan accused him of burying WWE constantly. Now Jericho decided to respond to that fan finally.

Jericho eventually debuted in AEW over four years ago and became the first AEW World Champion, carrying the company through its initial year. Despite his time in AEW, Jericho has a lot of love and respect for his many years in WWE, especially working with Vince McMahon.

Recently, Chris Jericho stated that everybody in AEW needs to work under Vince McMahon for six months, which fans didn’t expect at all for him to say. A fan took to Twitter and stated that it was the only good thing Jericho ever said about WWE, accusing him of burying WWE all the time.

I assume this is a joke as this is the first time @IAmJericho has ever said anything good about wwe in an interview. Normally, it’s just slagging them off, and making out his whole run was worse than his wcw run. His podcast is literally burying wwe these days 😂”

Chris Jericho saw the fan’s tweet and decided to respond to it, stating that the accusation was 100% misinformation, before blasting the fan for even trying to accuse him of burying WWE.

That is 100% misinformed b******. F*** off Andy.”

Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega are currently the #1 contenders to the AEW World Tag Team Championships following their victory at Full Gear. We will have to wait and see when they will get their title shot.
