Instructions Leak For AEW Seat Fillers After 11/1 Louisville Dynamite

AEW brought their show to Louisville, Kentucky this week, and there was a lot of action for fans. Ringside News provided comprehensive coverage of the entire show, and spoilers for the AEW Rampage taping that followed. New ROH 6-Man Tag Champions were crowned, and the main event match saw MJF get pinned clean by Jay White. There were also plenty of seats to fill, and All Elite Wrestling had some people on their payroll this week to help with that issue.

Seat fillers are not a new thing in pro wrestling. WWE has used them for years, and they still do. It is not uncommon to have a bunch of people waiting for instructions to run down and sit in seats, so they can be seen on television instead of an empty chair.

Ringside News obtained instructions that AEW sent their seat fillers for the November 1st episode of Dynamite. There was no mention of Rampage in those instructions, but we can only imagine that show needed help keeping fans in their seats as well.

Please arrive by 6:30 PM and meet outside the Norton Healthcare entrance to the KFC Yum! Center. It will be to the left of the Cardinal Authentic store when facing the arena.

I will come out to get you just after 6:30 and bring you into the lobby through the security checkpoint where we will wristband everyone and meet with an AEW representative for more details around 7. The event starts at 7:30 but the first hour is a dark match (not televised) and the live matches begin at 8:30.

Many pro wrestling fans have suggested that AEW employ seat fillers to bulk up their crowds. It was previously reported by Bryan Alvarez that he was asked whether he was a seat-filler when he showed up backstage at the AEW event in Seattle, so we knew that they hire people to fill chairs on camera. It is still very interesting to see the exact instructions that they are given.
