Bray Wyatt returned to WWE television during Extreme Rules last year, after being released in 2021. There were a lot of things he wanted to do after returning, but that would never happen as he, unfortunately, passed away back in August. That said, Bray Wyatt wanted to involve Erick Rowan in a Wyatt Family reunion before his passing.

Bray Wyatt’s sudden passing at the tender age of 36 sent shockwaves through fans and the professional wrestling community. It has been more than two months, but the pain still lingers on for those who loved him deeply.

While speaking on the Insight with Chris Van Vliet podcast, Erick Rowan revealed that he and Bray Wyatt talked about having a Wyatt Family reunion in the future, as Bray Wyatt wanted to involve Rowan in WWE.

Windham talked to me about wanting to involve me. But you know, it’s all about timing, and places, and story, and what works best for the company, you know, and it’s not all an individual’s decision. So, yeah, we’ve had conversations about like things we’d like to do and like stuff in the future, but like, you know, life happens and things happen, and unfortunate things happen that are way more important than anything to do with this fictional wrestling that we do.

Erick Rowan was also part of Bray Wyatt’s tribute show after his passing. Regardless, Bray Wyatt’s contributions to the world of professional wrestling will never be forgotten and that is unlikely to ever change.
