After it was reported few days ago that Roman Reigns wasn’t scheduled for a match at Survivor Series on November 25th. This means that his next match on WWE programming will be at the Royal Rumble on January 27th. That kind of gap amounts to nearly three months following his match at Crown Jewel, which is already three months after his most recent appearance at SummerSlam.

While fans have acknowledged the success of the Bloodline storyline and Roman Reigns’ character development in recent years, it’s becoming a common critique that Reigns’ extended absences are posing an issue. The news of Reigns likely not wrestling on television again until Royal Rumble after Crown Jewel and missing Survivor Series has triggered various responses from the WWE fan base.
