Triple H doesn’t show up on WWE television much anymore, but he is around every week. The Game is Chief Content Officer for the company, and he kicked off the second hour of SmackDown’s season premiere this week with a big announcement. He did so with a big announcement that Nick Aldis is the new SmackDown General Manager, and the former NWA World Heavyweight Champion got right to work booking next week’s show.

Nick Aldis booked Charlotte Flair for a WWE Women’s Title match against IYO Sky next week on SmackDown. He did so after he said that he believes Flair should have won at Fastlane. Then Jade Cargill and Charlotte Flair had nice face-to-face.

Santos Escobar vs Montez Ford was also booked for next week. Bobby Lashley took out Carlito this week, so Escobar will look to avenge Carlito next week against 1/2 of the Street Profits.
