Jon Moxley bleeds a lot in his matches, but he was able to make it out of All Out without a crimson mask. It appears that Orange Cassidy just couldn’t accomplish that feat in Chicago.

On September 3rd, Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley took center stage at the pay-per-view event. Cassidy put his AEW International Championship on the line against the former world champion. Moxley inflicted a significant cut on Cassidy, causing him to bleed profusely. Surprisingly, Moxley managed to avoid getting bloodied himself, and he took the International Title from Cassidy in the process.

While speaking with Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated, Orange Cassidy commented on Moxley’s lack of blood. It wasn’t for lack of trying, but for a guy that bleeds as much as Jon Moxley, Freshly Squeezed couldn’t get it done.

“It wasn’t for lack of trying. But for a guy who bleeds as much as Jon, I couldn’t get him to. I don’t know what that says about me.”

We will have to see what’s next for Orange Cassidy and Jon Moxley. They might not be finished with each other yet, because Cassidy might be on a new quest to make the former Dean Ambrose bleed.

AEW is full of violent matches, and Orange Cassidy did as much as he could with Jon Moxley. In the end, he wasn’t able to get the job done, but there’s always next time if Tony Khan wants to run that match back.
