Mercedes Mone also showed up during the Zero Hour show, and the pro wrestling world took notice. It appears that she is not ready to return, but it’s likely that she will join AEW when that time comes.

PW Insider reports that Mercedes Mone had a walking boot on at AEW All In London. This is the reason why they only caught her sitting on camera. That being sad, the expectation is that Mone will come into AEW for appearances once she is medically able to do so.

“For those asking why Mercedes Mone didn’t get into the ring or appear beyond being shown in close-ups sitting in the crowd, we are told that backstage, she was wearing a heavy walking boot and that she was specifically shot in the crowd sitting to not show that.”

“The expectation backstage is that when she’s cleared, she will be coming in for appearances and likely would have debuted at the TD Garden Blood and Guts episode of Dynamite in her hometown of Boston, MA had she not gotten injured wrestling for New Japan Pro Wrestling just prior to that.”

We previously reported that Mercedes Mone is interested in doing something with AEW. Only time will tell when that happens, because she is also getting over a recent ankle injury.

We will keep a close eye on this story, right here at Ringside News. Mercedes Mone likes to keep her moves very close to the vest, as few expected to see her at AEW All In London, either. That being said, Saraya, who won the AEW Women’s Title at All In, welcomed the former Sasha Banks into AEW during the press conference after the show.
