Byan Danielson Named as Person in Charge During Tony Khan’s Absence

There is no doubt that Bryan Danielson is one of the most established names in the world of professional wrestling right now. He is also viewed as a very harmless vegan outside the squared circle and largely maintains that image as well. Now it appears Danielson has earned a lot of trust from Tony Khan.

The American Dragon’s in-ring prowess is second to none, as he has put on banger after banger on AEW television every single week. He remains a respected member of the AEW locker room no matter what.

Danielson is also a locker room leader and a member of the Creative team. While speaking to the Hollywood Reporter, Tony Khan revealed that Bryan Danielson is the person that he would put in charge should Khan be absent.

“He hasn’t been around as much lately, because he’s been recovering from an injury. But if I got hit by a bus, or if I was ever incapacitated for some reason, the person I told my father that he should turn to is Bryan Danielson.”

Danielson had complete break of his arm and his injury was worse than initially thought. That said, Bryan Danielson will be around for AEW All In in London. We’ll have to wait and see what he will do at the event.
