Bray Wyatt was on the road to WrestleMania, where he was set to take on Bobby Lashley, but that didn’t pan out. The Eater of Wolds vanished instead, leaving so much up in the air, and now creative plans have been abandoned.

A lot of rumors and stories have come out about Bray Wyatt since he disappeared. Wyatt’s current situation sees him still employed, but he is not on the internal roster right now. He has also not been to any recent television tapings, or WWE headquarters.

Ringside News reached out to inquire about some of the creative plans that were nixed for Bray Wyatt. We were told that WWE did have plans to introduce a new version of the Wyatt Family, and that would have included a few Superstars that have been in the rumor mill as well.

A tenured member of the WWE creative team confirmed to us that Alexa Bliss, and Bo Dallas were all supposed to be a part of a new Wyatt Family stable. Although Eric Young was a rumored to be a part of that faction, we were only able to confirm that it wasn’t pitched for him.

Eric Young’s creative in WWE would have likely put him in a pretty significant spot within the company. There were ideas. But they weren’t for Eric Young. They were for Bray. And Bo. Eric was under consideration. There were also pitches for Alexa Bliss to join before her maternity leave, which were nixed when it was obvious she wouldn’t be around for all of 2023.

Alexa Bliss is enjoying her pregnancy hiatus, and it’s anyone’s guess how long she will be away from WWE. At this time, Bo Dallas is obviously not playing Uncle Howdy, but you also never know if he could return for that idea at a later date.

Sadly, we have no idea when Bray Wyatt will be back. WWE is currently not pitching anything for him, because he is not cleared to complete. Hopefully, the long wait for his return will be over soon, as it was recently reported that Bray is getting closer to being cleared.

We will keep checking back about this situation, because you never know when it will change. Until that happens, keep checking back with Ringside News for more updates. As always, leave your comments below to let us know what you think!
