LA Knight made a significant impression after his debut at NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day on February 14th, 2021. His main roster call up wasn’t received as well at first, but things are much better now as he is very over with fans. Now it appears Ric Flair believes LA Knight isn’t Roman Reigns just yet.

The former NXT Superstar has organically gotten over with fans due to his ability to connect with the audience, which has a lot to do with his remarkable work on the microphone.

LA Knight’s popularity continues to skyrocket every week as fans simply can’t get enough of the WWE Superstar. Even then, he isn’t at the level many fans would have liked.

While speaking with Fox News, WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair talked about LA Knight’s growth in WWE so far. Flair made it clear that he believes LA Knight just isn’t at Roman Reigns’ level yet.

“He’s not Roman Reigns yet, but he just started. He’s been around the market, he’s been back and forth, up and down. Sometimes you just got to find the niche, the right opponent and the right moment. That reunion when he cracked on Taker, I think that kinda started a roll for him.”

LA Knight also lost a major match on last week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown. That said, WWE will likely begin pushing him after SummerSlam, so it remains to be seen how LA Knight will be booked eventually.
