Dominik Mysterio Receives Insane Heel Reception In Mexico City

WWE fans all over love booing Dominik Mysterio out of the building. Rey Mysterio’s son is also enjoying quite a ride, as he recently picked up the NXT North American Title as well. It seems that he received quite a reception in Mexico City as well.

During a recent live event in Mexico City, Mexico, a prominent WWE star experienced one of the most intense crowd reactions of his career. Obviously, Dominik Mysterio was around, and he got a ton of heat from fans.

NXT North American Champion, Dominik Mysterio, known for being met with boos at many venues, encountered a starkly different reception in Mexico, where his father, Rey Mysterio, achieved great fame. As expected, Dominik was met with a resounding chorus of disapproval from the passionate Mexican audience.

A fan in the building captured the moment at Arena CDMX in Mexico City, where Dominik, attempting to address the crowd on the microphone, was quickly drowned out by the overwhelming volume of boos. Thankfully, this fan then uploaded the video online.

The scene took an intriguing turn when World Heavyweight Champion, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins, made an unexpected appearance, interrupting Dominik. The two rivals engaged in a heated exchange before ultimately clashing later in the event for Seth’s title.

As expected, Seth Rollins beat Dirty Dominik Mysterio in the match, with his focus now set on fellow Judgement Day member Finn Balor, as they gear up for their title match at SummerSlam on August 5th in Detroit’s Ford Field.
