Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has responded to Grayson Waller’s comments about his WWE debut attire. Last week on SmackDown, Waller made his main roster in-ring debut at Madison Square Garden, which he referred to as the “biggest debut” since The Rock’s infamous entrance at the 1996 Survivor Series.

Taking to Twitter, Waller shared video of himself mocking The Rock’s attire from the Survivor Series event, where he wore tasseled trunks. Waller playfully criticized the outfit and even donned a replica of the attire, expressing his amusement and calling it “cringe.”

In response, The Rock joined the banter, admitting that the outfit was indeed cringe-worthy. However, he playfully shifted the blame onto Triple H, WWE Chief Content Officer, who was actually on the opposing team during the Survivor Series match. The Rock humorously pointed out that the outfit idea was Triple H’s doing.

Waller didn’t back down and fired back at The Rock, inviting him to be a guest on “The Grayson Waller Effect,” his own show. Waller playfully used classic schoolyard insults, referring to The Rock’s appearance and hairstyle, while still extending the invitation for a collaboration.

“Ouch! Those classic 1999 schoolyard insults really still hit. You still have an open invitation to be a guest on The Grayson Waller Effect though! Sounds like you’re in desperate need of the Grayson Waller rub #GWEffect,” Waller wrote.

As of now, The Rock has not responded to Waller’s invitation, leaving fans curious about a potential interaction between the two in the future.
