Roman Reigns suffered a big loss at Money in the Bank, but he is still going as Universal Champion. Now it appears that we have more clarification about what is going on behind the scenes to keep that story going.

It was previously reported that there are “Big calls are made for The Bloodline closure chapter. Next few weeks will be crazy before the biggest stop of the year Summerslam. Tighten those seatbelts.” It turns out that there are no such calls at all.

Ringside News reached out to confirm this story, and we were told that, “There are no calls for anything within WWE about The Bloodline.”

We were additionally told that Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman, Vince McMahon, Triple H, Ryan Callahan, with help from Michael Kirshenbaum and Chad Barbash is the circle that handles Bloodline storylines.” Nobody else is calling for anything to happen with the Bloodline, because their creative input wouldn’t matter.

It was also told to us that, “Michael Hayes is the producer of their matches and his opinion therefore is also involved in Bloodline storylines.” After Hayes, “it stops there.”

No one is “calling for” anything regarding the Bloodline. That angle is the most important storyline going in WWE right now, and they are keeping things very close to the vest in a creative sense. That being said, it would be best for fans to just enjoy the ride.

Roman Reigns has been going strong for years at this point, but what’s the end? Give us your best guess in the comments below!
