AEW and NJPW held another Forbidden Door event tonight, and the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Ontario, Canada was filled with passionate pro wrestling fans. That being said, Sting wrestled in a match that is far from his last.

During the media scrum after Forbidden Door, Sting fielded some questions to kick off the whole thing. The first question he was asked addressed his current health status, and what’s next.

Sting confirmed that he is good after his match at Forbidden Door. Then he addressed the end of his career, but it won’t happen in London.

The Stinger said that his career will not end with Wembley Stadium, as great as that might be. He said that Tony Khan has been in his ear as well, so we’ll have to see what they have in store for fans.

Sting’s Joker character might return to AEW, and that was a nice treat. There is apparently a lot more from Sting going on in AEW, but he also admitted that “showtime is almost over.”
