AJ Styles has been considered one of the best pro wrestlers by fans and his peers. The Phenomenal One always competes at a very high level and despite his age, Styles has barely slowed down. That is precisely why AJ Styles is more than ready to retire when the time comes.

The Phenomenal One has accomplished a lot in his WWE career over the last seven years and it is a guarantee that he will be inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame once he hangs up his boots.

AJ Styles has been wrestling for 25 years in a career that has seen him compete in WCW, TNA, NJPW and WWE. The Phenomenal One has won 47 titles and shows no signs of stopping just yet.

While speaking to Metro, AJ Styles explained that pro wrestlers work hard throughout the years in order to enjoy spending the time that they have lost once they hang up their boots. Styles noted that he looks forward to that as well.

“Once it’s over, I think it’s gonna be easy for me to go, ‘Okay! I did what I was supposed to do! I fought as hard as I could for as long as I could to the point where I hopefully didn’t embarrass myself’,” before adding, “No more missing birthdays, high school, elementary school stuff. I’m gonna be there as a father to see that. I’ve missed enough.

Being able to be with them and show them little tricks that I’ve found out over the years and share that information was a blessing. It inspired me to make the rest of my career the best it possibly could be.”

AJ Styles will also be okay after his pro wrestling career ends. He even has final opponent in mind for his retirement match. We’ll have to see when The Phenomenal One will finally end his pro wrestling career for good.
