The Blackpool Combat Club challenged The Elite to a match at Forbidden Door this week. During AEW Dynamite, The Elite appeared on-screen to answer this challenge, and AEW fans knew what was up.

Since CM Punk was on Dynamite this week, the Elite was not. They pre-recorded that segment, and fans in Chicago knew this.

The moment The Elite appeared on the screen, Chicago fans booed them heavily. This was not heard on AEW Dynamite, but it was unavoidable for those in attendance.

We’ll have to see what’s next for The Elite and CM Punk’s situation. Things are obviously not okay when it comes to what the Chicago fans have to say about things.
