Vince McMahon Has Not Voiced His Opinion About Recent WWE NXT Call-Up

WWE called up few Superstars to the main roster from NXT this year, which refreshed both the NXT and main rosters in a big way. Those newcomers to the main roster are now getting their feet wet, but things have seemingly stalled a bit for JD McDonagh.

JD McDonagh has seen his segments pushed back a couple of times already, delaying an ongoing storyline with Finn Balor in the process. It appeared that he might join the Judgment Day faction, but fans are still waiting to see what happens in this situation.

Ringside News reached out to inquire whether Vince McMahon is a fan of JD McDonagh, since The Chairman reportedly pushed back McDonagh’s segment in the past. It seems that he has delayed his segments for a few weeks, and it’s been reported that Vince did it twice already.

We were told by a tenured member of the WWE creative team that, “Vince doesn’t have anything to say about JD yet.” That being said, the McMahon jury might still be out on McDonagh.

We were also given a hypothetical question in response to our question about JD McDonagh joining Judgment Day, “he’s going to be in Judgment Day? How do you know it’s not just him rubbing up against them to give him a little boost?” That might give fans something else to think about.

We will have to see what is in JD McDonagh’s future on the main roster. He has a ton of potential, and Triple H loves him. Having the Chief Content Officer on his side will certainly help him out, but Vince McMahon is always just a phone call away if he wants any changes made.
