KENTA is one of the most well-known Japanese pro wrestlers in recent memory. His WWE tenure ended up becoming a major failure after a series of injuries. While he is part of NJPW now, it appears KENTA still hasn’t given up on getting a ton of cash to square off against CM Punk.

CM Punk and KENTA know each other very well by now. CM Punk has openly admitted he stole the idea of the GTS finisher from KENTA as far back as 2012. Naturally, KENTA still has a lot of issues with Punk and it is unlikely to end anytime soon.

Sean Ross Sapp reported behind Fightful’s paywall that AEW is planning for KENTA to work the Forbidden Door II event, where he will likely square off against The Second City Saint. KENTA demanded that AEW President Tony Khan pay him lot of money to make the match happen.

After claiming that he doesn’t care about the match anymore, KENTA took to Twitter and uploaded a photoshopped image of his face over CM Punk’s face on the AEW Collision ad along with eleven money bag emojis.
