Thea Hale Becomes #1 Contender For Tiffany Stratton’s NXT Women’s Title

This week’s episode of WWE NXT saw a few interesting moments. Ava scored a victory in cheating fashion, and we also saw a big battle royal to determine who will face Tiffany Stratton first for her NXT Women’s Title.

Tiffany Stratton won the NXT Women’s Title after making it all the way to the end of the tournament at Battleground. Then she showed up the next week and gathered the women’s division around the ring. The new NXT Women’s Champion then announced a big battle royal to determine her first challenger.

Cora Jade, Falon Henley, and Dana Brooke were the final three in the match. After Falon was eliminated, Brooke and Jade had a bit of a singles competition until it was revealed that Thea Hale was actually still in the match, taken out of the ring in a previous spot.

In a big surprise, Thea Hale was able to throw Dana Brooke and Cora Jade over the top rope at the same time. After her big win, the entire Chase University student body partied in the ring with her.

This is a big win for Thea Hale, and we will have to see how she fares against Tiffany Stratton.
